Assets Market Access CRSP: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking comments on this draft Request for Applications (RFA) package from all prospective applicants. USAID intends to seek applications for funding for a Collaborative Research Support Program (CRSP) entitled: Assets and Market Access (AMA) from an eligible university or college as defined by Title XII (Sect. 296 (a)) legislation, or through a consortium led by an eligible university or college.
