Purpose of Program: The purpose of the Special Demonstration Programs is to provide financial assistance to eligible entities to expand and improve the provision of rehabilitation and other services for individuals with disabilities. (6) Consortia that meet the requirements of 34 CFR 75.128 and 75.129.
