BJA FY 23 Invited to Apply - Field Initiated: Encouraging Innovation: OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation, BJA seeks to invite an entity to apply for funding in support of a specific BJA initiative. This solicitation is exclusively for the entity who received a letter from BJA to apply. All guidelines and funding rules are the same as the original funded project. Statutory Authority: This solicitation will fund a project supported under the Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2022, Public Law No. 117-103, 136 Stat. 49, 127 and Pubic Law No. 90-351, Title I, Sec. 506(b) (codified at 34 U.S.C. 10157(b)).
