BJA FY 23 STOP School Violence Training and Technical Assistance (STOP TTA) Program: OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation, BJA seeks to continue the work of the National Center for School Safety, funded in 2019, to provide training and technical assistance and other support to BJA STOP School Violence Program and the COPS Office School Violence Prevention Program (SVPP) to develop a knowledge base and technical assistance delivery model for communities seeking to improve school safety.
