BJA FY24 Invited to Apply- Continuation of the Justice for All: Statewide Strategic Planning Training and Technical Assistance Project: The Justice for All Act of 2004 (JFAA) was reauthorized and updated in 2016 through the passage of the Justice for All Reauthorization Act (JFARA). BJA launched JFARA training and technical assistance (TTA) programs in 2016 in response to the act’s new areas of authority. This program was recompeted in FY 2022, and three providers were selected to deliver TTA services to assist BJA State Administering Agency grantees and other state and local jurisdictions in accomplishing the JFARA initiative’s goals. Of these three, this memorandum for continuation funding is specifically related to support under Category 1: Statewide Strategic Planning Training and Technical Assistance (TTA), for the development of statewide strategic planning to inform resource allocation under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.
