BJA FY24 Second Chance Act Pay for Success Program: With this solicitation, BJA seeks to fund state, local, and tribal governments to improve reentry, reduce recidivism, and address the treatment and recovery needs of people who are currently involved in the criminal justice system or were formerly involved that ties payment for services to reaching agreed-upon goals.
