BJA FY25 Adult Treatment Court Program: This NOFO will support the implementation and enhancement of Adult Treatment Court (ATC) operations. ATCs integrate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, mandatory drug testing, incentives and sanctions, and transitional services in a judicially supervised criminal court setting that has jurisdiction over individuals with substance use disorders. These courts aim to reduce recidivism and overdose fatalities, while increasing access to treatment and recovery support that leads to long-term recovery.
