BLM AZ, Wickenburg Sophie s Flat Trail System: BLM has worked closely with various partners, including Maricopa County Parks, the Town of Wickenburg and the Wickenburg Conservation Foundation (WCF) over the past 20 years to develop and maintain a trailhead and historic trail system for outdoor recreation non-motorized and educational opportunities. To date efforts have resulted in a trailhead and staging area affectionately named Sophieâ¿¿s Flat, an approximate 15 mile trail system named the Red Top trail system, and the addition of a Town of Wickenburg Planner, Parks and Recreation Department, and a Trails Commission.
