BLM New Mexico Public Lands Information and Education Project: The project is designed to promote the authorized uses of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) public lands, as well as other public and Federal lands, in New Mexico through a public information center located at the BLM State Office in New Mexico, a toll-free phone number, and the publiclands.org website; provide a point of contact for the public to receive timely and accurate interagency recreation and resource information; provide a one-stop shop for public lands information; and offer expertise in the development of displays, brochures, new media applications, and other products that foster an understanding of public lands and their management within New Mexico.
