Baa05-03 - Tango Bravo: The purpose of Amendment 03 to BAA05-03 is to change the language in the Proposer Information Pamphlet (PIP) related to the ?associated cost baseline? for the Virginia Class Submarine (VCS). The following is applicable: Paragraph 2.1.1 Technology Demonstration Area 1: Shaftless Propulsion is updated as follows: DELETE: The applicable VCS metrics and associated cost baseline will be provided in a separate classified document. Instructions to obtain this document will be posted after the Proposers? Day Conference on the Tango Bravo website, http://www.darpa.mil/ato/solicit/tangobravo/index.htm. INSERT: The applicable VIRGINA Class metrics are available in a separate classified document. Instructions for obtaining this document are available on the Tango Bravo website, http://www.darpa.mil/ato/solicit/tangobravo/index.htm. The VIRGINIA Class cost baseline will be provided after contract award to efforts selected under this solicitation. Proposals should provide adequate logic, rationale and documentation to support why the proposed system concept will potentially reduce cost.
