Basic Strategic Trade Controls Training - Yemen: The Department of State's Office of Export Control Cooperation is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity through this Request for Applications (RFA). ISN/ECC invites U.S. non-profit organizations and educational institutions, as well as PIOs, to submit proposals to provide Basic Strategic Trade Controls Training for the Government of Yemen.
