DOE intends to provide financial support underprovisions of the Hydrogen Future Act of 1996.A Pre-Solicitation meeting will be held 1:00 PM Eastern, June 19, 2003 attheWashington Plaza Hotel, 10 Thomas Circle NW, Washington, D.C. Inpreparationfor the meeting, DOE is issuing a draft Statement of Objectives for publiccomments and provide the opportunity for the public to submit questions.Toobtain a copy of the draft Statement of Objectives, interested partiesshouldaccess the DOE Hydrogen, Fuel Cells, and Infrastructure TechnologiesProgramwebsite at www.eere.energy.gov/hydrogenandfuelcells.
