Biological Resources of Concern: THERE IS NO "FULL ANNOUNCEMENT" ASSOCIATED WITH THIS OPPORTUNITY, AS ALL INFORMATION IS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS SYNOPSIS. The Stewart B. McKinney National Wildlife Refuge (Refuge) is soliciting an organization or institution to identify biological resources (i.e., species) of concern for its Comprehensive Conservation Plan. The entity selected will, in collaboration with the Refuge and Regional Planning Staff, complete steps 1 - 6 in the attached U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service document: IDENTIFYING REFUGE RESOURCES OF CONCERN AND MANAGEMENT PRIORITIES: A HANDBOOK The project will be completed by August 31, 2011. The applicant and award recipient will have a thorough knowledge of the Refuge and its purposes, as well as the coastal wildlife species that could benefit most through the Refuge's future actions.
