Blended Finance: Leveraging Private Capital and Supporting Entrepreneurs to Achieve Education Development Outcome in Sub-Saharan Africa: Through the Blended Finance: Leveraging PrivateCapital and Supporting Entrepreneurs to Achieve Education Development Outcomein Sub-Saharan Africa Addendum, USAID invites Concept Papers that focus on mobilizing finance and stimulating innovation in the education sector through partnershipswith theprivate sector that support areas relevant to USAID's 2018 Education Policy in selected Sub-Saharan African countries.USAID is particularly interested in working with financial intermediaries tosupport entrepreneurs that provide direct and ancillary education services thatbenefit disadvantaged populations. The objective of this Addendum is to increase access to quality education through public-private partnerships known as Global Development Alliances.
