Boundary Layer Transition Experiment II (BOLT II): The Boundary Layer Transition (BOLT) project is coordinated by AFRL/AFOSR and will be carried out in collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ), the Winning Team under this competition, and an academic-led team chosen separately under the BAA-AFRL-AFOSR-2017-0001 competition. The academic-led team will be referred to as the “AFOSR Performers” throughout this BAAThe principal tasks of this BAA are providing the Launch Vehicle System, securing the test range, and conducting the launch event for the Flight Geometry provided by the AFOSR Performers
