Call for a pre-bid conference: FEED THE FUTURE BANGLADESH NUTRITION ACTIVITY: The USAID Bangladesh Mission invites all interested international and local organizations with experience and or interest in carrying out a multi-sectoral nutrition activity to attend a consultative bidder's conference regarding a non-traditional competitive programming opportunity. USAID/Bangladesh plans to invest in a five-year multi-sectoral nutrition program to improve household dietary diversity and reduce childhood stunting. It will layer its innovative interventions within a broad array of Global Health nutrition activities and Feed the Future and Food for Peace agriculture activities, building on and scaling up previously successful nutrition pilot activities. Date and Venue of the conference: The conference will be held on November 9, 2016 from 18:00 - 21:00 Dhaka time at the USAID, Dhaka, Bangladesh, Madani Avenue, Baridhara, Dhaka-1212. We plan to connect through audio teleconference for those who might not be able to physically attend. Interested organizations must pre-register a maximum of two people per organization. Please register by sending the organization name, name(s) of attendees, email address and telephone number to Florence Das at [email protected] and Mutaher Hussain at [email protected] by November 3, 2016. Interested participants are encouraged to send their subject related questions to Florence Das at [email protected] and Mutaher Hussain at [email protected] by COB November 3, 2016 to ensure the success of the consultation. The agenda of the pre-bid consultation will be shared with interested and registered individuals/organizations. Please note that the pre-bid conference does not represent an obligation for USAID to issue any solicitations nor does it obligate the USG to make an award. The sole purpose of the pre-bid conference is to exchange information on the subject.
