The Government's intent is that the potential recipient must be an organization that does not exist to earn or distribute taxable wealth to individuals or stakeholders (i.e. for-profit). 2. Question: Is notice FA9453-10-2-0004 geared toward a company overseeing and coordinating the tasks listed, or is the notice actually looking for small aerospace companies to provide proposals for development of technologies in collaboration with a university? - Response: Referencing notice FA9453-10-2-0004, Section II, 1.0., Funding Amount and Project Period of Performance, AFRL plans to make one award. Specifically, AFRL is seeking one company to execute Attachment A, Statement of Work.
