Center of Excellence for Border Security and Immigration: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Office of University Programs is requesting applications from accredited U.S. colleges and universities with experience in various aspects of border security, immigration, and national security research to establish and operate a DHS Center of Excellence (COE) for the Study of Border Security and Immigration. This COE will conduct fundamental research into the policy and technology issues and challenges of U.S. border security, immigration, and national security.
