USAID will manage this APS in accordance with a Congressional appropriation to provide a central source of funding for reconciliation activities (see Public Law 111-117, Division F, Section 7065). Programs that provide adversarial individuals or groups opportunities to meet and work together to address issues around potential, ongoing, or recent conflict will receive consideration for funding under this APS.
