Construction Inspection of Animal Waste Facilities: The NRCS seeks the assistance of service providers to perform construction inspection services for the installation of animal waste control facilities. All animal waste control facilities will be installed by individua farmers or ranchers through conservation contracts funded by EQIP. Construction inspection is required on these projects. There will be a pre-proposal telephone conference held on Wednesday, June 3, 2004 at 10:00 AM MDT. Prospective applicants must call Marie Gonnella at 801-524-4555 to register for this telephone conference and receive the access instructions. Applicants should register at least 24 hours prior to the conference.
