Foreign institutions are not eligible to apply. Eligible agencies of the Federal Government are eligible to apply. The need for continuous and active communication among sites dictates that only institutions in the United States are eligible to apply. Racial/ethnic minority individuals, women, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply as Principal Investigators. Applications prepared for this competition may propose multi-institutional consortium arrangements. Applications eligible for award include those for new Contraceptive Development Research Centers or for renewal of existing Centers.
