DRL Strengthening Taiwan's Subnational Linkages with Central and Eastern Europe: The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL), in coordination with the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs (EAP), announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a project that will increase sub-national, democratic, and people-to-people ties between Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Taiwan. For the purposes of this solicitation, applicable regions include Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, and the Western Balkans.
