DRL Supporting Civil Society to Address Corruption in Kyrgyzstan: The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that support USG and DRL objectives to promote democratic institutions when they are under assault, as well as align with the U.S. National Security Strategy on advancing Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance by encouraging the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms through creating an enabling environment for civil society and broadening citizen engagement and government accountability.
