Dementia Care: Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) (R21 Clinical Trial Not Allowed): This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites applications to examine the outcomes of care for persons with Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's disease-related dementias (AD/ADRD) by identifying home- and community-based services (HCBS) used, as well as barriers to accessing these types of care and unmet needs of persons with AD/ADRD concerning care and services in these settings.
