Democracy Grant and Fellowships Program (DGF): The purpose of this project is to provide technical assistance to USAID's Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance to help develop a pool of committed democracy, conflict and humanitarian assistance professionals at the junior, mid- and senior-levels; to strengthen relations between USAID and academic, think-tank and research organizations; and to promote research and innovative solutions to democracy, human rights and governance programs.
