Develop Risk Assessment and Data Evaluation Methodologies for the Potential Ecological Impacts of Plant-Incorporated Protectants: The United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) National Center for Environmental Assessment - Washington Division operates under the Office of Research and Development (ORD). NCEA-Washington is issuing this initial announcement of a Request for Applications (RFA) for cooperative agreements to provide assistance to Develop Risk Assessment and Data Evaluation Methodologies for the Potential Ecological Impacts of Plant-Incorporated Protectants. The scope of this assistance will be limited to field assessment of Insecticide Resistance Management (IRM) for Plant-Incorporated-Protectants (PIPs) and non-target and ecosystem impacts from crops containing PIPs.
