Development of CR-GIS Geodatabase with Cultural Landscapes Data and Staff Training Materials: â¿¢ Assist with a National Park Service initiative to make spatial data about cultural landscapes available to all national park managers and to other federal land managers within the Department of Interior, as appropriate. â¿¢ Capture spatial data locating cultural landscape characteristics and their associated historic features according to the NPS CR Spatial Data Transfer Standards using ArcGIS 10. â¿¢ Convert new and legacy spatial data into the new NPS CR Spatial Data Transfer Standards using ArcGIS 10. â¿¢ Edit existing CR-GIS data for accuracy within the data model. â¿¢ Prepare GIS maps of cultural landscape locations for the Cultural Landscapes in the Facility Management Software System Project. â¿¢ Create educational materials for the engagement of youth and the public about cultural landscapes and their preservation, including illustrated tours, maps and videos. â¿¢ Assist the Chair of the PCLP Public Face Work Group in the coordination of meetings, identifying goals, and participation in group projects.
