Education Resources and Student Engagement: The goal of this program is to supports the education of Afghan secondary school to university age students, with particular focus on support for women and girls. The program could also include support and resources for scholars, artists, journalists, and professionals to continue their education, to keep them up to date in today's rapidly evolving professional and educational environment by providing them long to short term trainings, courses, certification programs or provide training in a specific career field that is recommended by employers for real job relevance.

- Eligibility is open to non-profit organizations. Organizations may sub-award/contract with other entities, but only one non-profit entity may be the prime recipient of the award. For-profit entities are not eligible to be the prime recipient of an award under this NOFO. When sub-awarding/contracting with other entities, the responsibilities of each entity must be clearly defined in the proposal. Individuals are not eligible for an award under this NOFO.
