Energy Team Annual Program Statement: USAID anticipates awarding approximately 3-4 cooperative agreements in FY06. Agreements are expected to be for a maximum of three (3) years. For each award, the Energy Team anticipates obligating $150,000-250,000 per year, or about $500,000-$750,000 over the three year period; in exceptional cases, the Energy Team may consider up to $1,000,000 over the three year period. As with all USAID cooperative agreements, support for all years is contingent on the availability of funding. Awards will be made on a rolling basis over a one year time period and subject to available funding for each subsequent year. USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.
