Enhancing Climate Resilience in the Indian Ocean Region's (IOR) Small Island Developing States (SIDS): The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs’ Office of Security and Transnational Affairs (SCA/STA) announces an open competition for an organization (see eligibility information on page 1) interested in submitting an application to implement a project to build the capacity of the four small island developing states (SIDS) in the Indian Ocean to address the impacts of climate change.
