Establishing Comprehensive NCMHD Research Centers of Excellence (P60): -Eligible applicants are invited to establish comprehensive NCMHD research centers of excellence. -Depending on availability of funds, NCMHD estimates awarding 17.5 million dollars or more. -Depending on the number of meritorious applications, NCMHD estimates making 13 or more awards at direct costs of up to $950,000, each. In addition, Facilities and Administrative (F and A or indirect) costs will be provided at the applicant's negotiated rates. Facilities and Administrative costs requested by consortium participants are not included in the direct cost limitation (see NOT-OD-05-004).
