Establishment of Legal Authority for Civil Judicial/Administrative Enforcement of Environmental Requirements and Technical Assistance on Environmental Governance Program for India: This notice announces a Request for Proposals from eligible entities. The initial award amount is $25,000, with an estimated and anticipated total award of up to $500,000 for a five-year period of performance. EPA is soliciting proposals from eligible applicants to implement, in cooperation with India's Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), a program that strengthens environmental governance in India.
