Exploiting in vivo or in situ imaging approaches to understand HIV-relevant processes in the context of substance use disorders (R61/R33 Clinical Trials Optional): The purpose of this initiative is to support projects that further develop or exploit advances using in situ or in vivo imaging or related technologies to investigate HIV/SIV infection, latent reservoirs, the pathogenic consequences of HIV/SIV infection, or the effects of HIV/SIV or substance use disorder (SUD) therapies.
