FY 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Fire Station Construction Grant Program: The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) (Fire) Station Construction Grants (SCG) are authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (P.L. 111-5). The total amount of funds available under the FY 2009 ARRA SCG is $210,000,000.
