FY 2014 Creative Arts Exchanges: The Cultural Programs Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges, in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition, for three projects under the FY2014 Creative Arts Exchange (CAE). The Bureauâs CAE initiatives are arts-based international people-to-people exchanges that support and further U.S. Department of State foreign policy objectives.
