FY 2017 Renewable Energy Program: Section 1346 of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA) mandates the conduct of environmental and socioeconomic studies. This Program Announcement describes one specific project that may be awarded to the Massachusetts Clean Energy Technology Center, premised on receipt of an acceptable proposal. The total amount of funding available for the MA CEC is not to exceed $500,000.
