FY 2020 Fulbright Student Program: The Office of Academic Exchange Programs, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to assist in the administration of the FY 2020 Fulbright Student Program. The Fulbright Student Program is a major component of the worldwide Fulbright Program, which also includes the Fulbright Scholar and Fulbright Specialist Programs, as well as the Fulbright Teacher Exchanges and the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. Responsibility for the management of the Fulbright Student Program is shared between the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., 49 bilateral Fulbright commissions and approximately 100 U.S. embassies overseas, and private sector cooperating agencies in the United States. Overall policies and selection guidelines for the Fulbright Student Program are determined by the Presidentially-appointed J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board (FFSB).
