FY 2020 International Visitor Leadership Program Collaborative Services: The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs' Office of International Visitors (ECA/PE/V) at the United States Department of State (DOS), announces an open competition for the FY 2020 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Collaborative Services. The IVLP is the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program. It seeks to build mutual understanding between the United States and other nations through carefully designed short-term visits to the United States for current and emerging foreign leaders.
