FY 2024 High Priority Program-Commercial Motor Vehicle (HP-CMV): The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 High Priority-Commercial Motor Vehicle (HP-CMV) program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), Funding Opportunity Number FM-MHP-24-004, to solicit applications from eligible entities to support HP-CMV program activities.
