FY 2024 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting vulnerable PRM populations of concern in South America: This announcement is designed to accompany PRM’s General NGO Guidelines, which contain additional information on PRM’s priorities and NGO funding strategy with which selected organizations must comply. Please use both the General NGO Guidelines and this announcement to ensure that your submission is in full compliance with PRM requirements and that the proposed activities are in line with PRM’s priorities. Submissions that do not reflect the requirements outlined in these guidelines will not be considered. In Ecuador and Peru, proposed activities should primarily support Colombian and Venezuelan refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. Based on its authorities, PRM will consider funding only those programs in Ecuador and Peru that include a target program participant base of at least 50 percent Venezuelan and Colombian refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. In Brazil and Colombia, proposed activities should primarily support Venezuelan refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. Proposed activities should fill a gap in assistance not currently covered by International Organizations (IOs), local authorities, or other organizations. Based on PRM’s authorities, PRM will consider funding only those programs in Brazil and Colombia that include a target program participant base of at least 50 percent Venezuelan refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants. The remaining percentage of participants can be from these or other populations, including the host community.
