FY 2025 Request for Concept Notes for NGO Programs Benefitting Refugees in Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Sudan: The Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) seeks concept notes for humanitarian assistance activities in Ethiopia, Kenya and South Sudan, focusing on various sectors such as education, health, protection and WASH.
