FY05 Child Survival and Health Program: 1)Modification No. 02 to RFA #M-OAA-GH-HSR-05-002. This is a general statement for all interested applicants that in order to open up eligibility requirements for new partners, all U.S. non-profit, non-governmental organizations are eligible to submit applications under the Entry/New Partner funding category. Selected applicants must have financial management, internal control systems and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards and must satisfy all other program requirements. Universities, colleges, accredited degree-granting institutions of education, and organizations engaged exclusively in research activities are, however, not eligible to apply.
