Organizations must indicate history of serving Native/American Indian and Alaska Native rural women, poor women, substance using/recovering women, victims of IPV, and women living with HIV/AIDS or whose lifestyles place them at high risk for HIV/STD infection. Eligible entities may include: not for profit community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, national organizations, colleges and universities, clinics and hospitals, research institutions, State and local government agencies, tribal government and tribal/urban Indian entities and organizations.
