FY2019 Supplemental for Northeast Corridor Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation: Pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (P.L.116-6), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $399,104,325 to cover Capital, Debt Service and American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses of which $6,074,872 will be used for ADA expenses until September 30, 2019 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY19. In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically: Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF 424D Assurances Construction Programs; Northeast Corridor Mainline Safety & Security Efforts Status Report; Statement of Work and signed copies of the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Assurances and Certification forms (http://www.fra.dot.gov/downloads/admin/assurancesandcertifications.pdf).
