Fiscal Transparency Innovation Fund: The U.S. Embassy Niamey announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2021 Fiscal Transparency Innovation Fund (FTIF): Improving Fiscal Transparency in Mining and State-Owned Enterprises of Niger for Citizen Revenue and Services.
