Fiscal Year 2022 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant Program: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Grant Programs Directorate implements and administers the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grants.
