Fiscal Year 2025 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program: The FY 2025 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP), as authorized and appropriated by the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2024 (Pub.
