Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Homeland Security National Training Program (HSNTP) - National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC): The NDPC is a professional alliance sponsored through the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA National Preparedness Directorate. The consortium is made up of seven members: New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Energetic Materials and Research Testing Center; Louisiana State University's National Center for Biomedical Research and Training; Texas A&M University's National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center, Texas Engineering Extension Service; the Transportation Technology Center, Inc., National Center for Emergency Response in Surface Transportation; the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center at the University of Hawaii; the Counter-Terrorism Operations Support Center for Radiological/Nuclear Training at the Nevada National Security Site; and the Center for Domestic Preparedness.
