Galvanizing Health Equity Through Novel and Diverse Educational Resources (GENDER) Research Education R25 (R25 Clinical Trial Not Allowed): The NIH Research Education Program (R25) supports research education activities in the mission areas of the NIH. The overarching goal of this ORWH R25 program is to support educational activities that complement and/or enhance the training of a diverse workforce to meet the nations biomedical, behavioral and clinical research needs. To accomplish the stated overarching goal, this FOA will support creative educational activities with a primary focus on Courses for Skills Development and Curriculum or Methods Development. Specifically, this FOA will support the development of short courses, training modules, curricula, and other educational activities to enhance knowledge of sex and gender influences on health and disease among scientists, clinicians, and health professionals, and other stakeholders to accelerate the translation of that knowledge into practice.
