Grant Program to Assess, Evaluate and Promote Development of Tribal Energy and Mineral Resources: The Secretary of the Interior (Secretary), through the Office of Indian Energy and Economic Development (IEED), hereby solicits grant proposals from Federally-recognized Indian tribes and tribal energy resource development organizations for projects that assess, evaluate, or otherwise promote the processing, use, or development of energy and mineral resources on Indian lands. Grant awards are subject to the availability of funds as appropriated by Congress and allotted to IEED. All applicants must adhere to the procedures defined in the attachment "Grant Program to Assess, Evaluate and Promote Development of Tribal Energy and Mineral Resources - BIA-000-0006-DEMD" to apply for this Grant.
